Can I purchase a report for a property outside of Auckland?
We do not offer this service currently. We are specialists in the Auckland region and aim to provide quality reports on properties under the new AUP zones.
Can Subdivide Auckland manage the subdivision on my behalf?
Unfortunately we do not offer this service at this stage, we are however happy to point you in the right direction.

How long will my report take to process?
Please allow 10 working days for your report to be delivered.
How will my report be delivered?
Your report will be delivered in PDF format to the email address provided at the checkout stage. Please ensure all details are correct to ensure reports are delivered on time.

Can I Purchase a report on behalf of someone else?
No, when you purchase a feasibility report you are engaging in a commercial agreement with Subdivide Auckland to provide consultancy services. The report will be directed to the named purchaser, as well as all communications.
Can I purchase a report for a property I don't own?
Yes, a feasibility report is a common item purchased by investors and owner occupiers looking to maximise value when purchasing.
